Kim was fantastic from start to finish, she was so kind over the phone and interested to help as a professional. The facility was easy to find and so inviting. Once I got there Kim consulted with me discussing my likes and dislikes, there was no pressure or rush, she made sure I was totally comfortable (with a blanket and pillow). She gave me great brows with no pain at all. The whole experience was wonderful, I will recommend Kim and continue to go back to her for years to come, she is a true professional!
