I went and had my brows and Top/Bottom liner done with Kim at A Perfect Look in Wailuku. The shop is welcoming and comfortable! She was very professional and we worked together to pick out the perfect color and shape. Now when I go surfing or swimming, I don’t have to worry about my make-up running or putting it back on! She is awesome!!!
